The whole week sits on one calendar. When jobs need to move because of weather, illness or a job that runs long, you drag them to their new times and each affected customer can be notified by SMS. Booking confirmations and job-completed messages are sent automatically, and the crew sees the updated schedule on their phones.
On the Premium Plus plan your business gets its own sign-in address, with your business name in the web address and your logo and colours on every page your staff and customers use. Customers book, check their visits and pay invoices on pages that carry your brand.
When a job is marked complete, TidyOps creates a draft invoice using the price and customer details already on the booking. Sending it takes a few seconds. Unpaid invoices stay on a single list until payment arrives, so nothing gets missed.
