What you get for it

Everything. This is the full list, not the teaser column of a pricing table:

  • Unlimited staff, customers and jobs
  • The weekly grid — scheduling, dispatch and automatic customer messages when jobs move
  • Your own branded sign-in page and web address
  • Quoting, invoicing and payment tracking
  • Spotfinder — finds gaps in the week big enough for another job
  • Payroll
  • Job checklists your crew ticks off on their phone
  • Customer ratings after every job
  • Reports & CSV export
  • SMS notifications to customers

Why one flat price

Most software in this game charges per user, or sells the useful bits as add-ons. Looks cheap at two staff. Then you hire, and the bill grows every time your business does — a tax on your own growth.

Do the maths at five or six staff and "from $30 a month" isn't $30 anymore. TidyOps is $350 + GST whether you've got three on the tools or thirty. Hire freely. The bill doesn't move.

And $350 a month is about $81 a week. One saved double-booking, one invoice that didn't slip through — that's the week's bill covered.

What's the catch?

Fair question. Here's the fine print in plain English:

  • The trial needs a card. Seven days free, and on day 8 the subscription starts automatically at $350 + GST a month. We do it this way so day 8 doesn't wipe your setup — your roster just keeps running.
  • Cancel before day 8 and you pay nothing. Cancel any time after and you're not billed again. No minimum term, no exit fee, no "retention specialist" phone call.
  • Your data is yours. Export your customers, jobs and invoices as CSV whenever you like, including on the way out.
  • GST: prices are $350 ex GST, $385 including. Australian dollars, billed monthly.

Questions owners actually ask

Do I need a contract?
No. Month to month, cancel anytime from your own settings — no phone call, no exit fee.
What if I only have two staff?
Then a per-user competitor might be cheaper today. TidyOps is priced for crews that are growing — if that's not you yet, no hard feelings.
What happens on day 8 of the trial?
Your subscription starts automatically at $350 + GST a month and your setup keeps running. Cancel before day 8 and you pay nothing at all.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Your customers, jobs and invoices export as CSV whenever you like — including on the way out.
