Unlimited staff on every plan

Some software charges per user, so the bill changes when you hire. TidyOps plans are based on jobs per month. Add as many staff as you need, in the office or on the tools, on any plan.

SMS is the one pay-as-you-go item. It costs 10 cents a message, the same on every plan, and you only pay for what you send.

Common questions

Which plan do I need?
Count your jobs per month. Under 50, Starter. Up to 150, Growing. Up to 500, Premium. Beyond that, or if you want the branded portal, Premium Plus.
Do I need a contract?
No. Every plan is month to month, and you cancel from your own settings. There's no phone call involved.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Plans are month to month, so you can move up or down any time and it applies from your next bill.
What happens on day 8 of the trial?
Your plan starts automatically and everything you set up keeps running. Cancel before day 8 and you pay nothing.
Is SMS extra?
SMS is pay-as-you-go at 10 cents a message, the same on every plan.
Are staff extra?
No. Staff and customers are unlimited on every plan, so hiring never changes your bill.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. CSV export of customers, jobs and invoices is available anytime, including before you cancel.
